Team Principal & Advisor - Cadillac LMDh Program
Since 2023, I have been working with Hertz Team JOTA in an advisory leadership role, supporting the development and operation of the Cadillac factory LMDh program in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).
My focus is on strategic, technical, and operational performance at the highest level of endurance racing, contributing to the continuous development of a highly competitive race program.
Alongside this role, I am available to support teams and organisations across the motorsport industry through consultancy and advisory services.

My time in Formula 1 was defined by helping to build and develop a new team environment at the highest level of motorsport.
As Deputy Technical Director and Sporting Director, I contributed to establishing a competitive foundation while integrating technical development, race operations and strategic decision-making under intense competitive pressure.
FACTORY PROGRAMME / PERFORMANCE / LEADERSHIP
DTM
In DTM, I was responsible for leading Audi’s factory programme, overseeing both technical development and race operations within one of the most competitive touring car championships.
Operating at the highest level of performance, I managed complex projects, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and ensured alignment between engineering development and race execution to consistently deliver results.
STRATEGY / INNOVATION / ADVISORY
Formula E
My involvement in Formula E focused on both leadership and advisory roles at championship level, contributing to the development and evolution of electric motorsport.
Working in a highly innovative and fast-evolving environment, I supported teams and stakeholders in adapting to new technologies, regulations and competitive dynamics.

WEC (Endurance Racing)
In endurance racing, I have led and advised programmes at the highest level, including Le Mans and Hypercar projects within the FIA World Endurance Championship.
